Following all the terms mentioned in our general terms and conditions (art.14; 15; 16; 17; 18) you have the possibility to return back a LANCASTER product within 20 (twenty) days after LANCASTER shipping date.

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return. 

Unfortunately LANCASTER not cover the shipping costs for returns, therefore strongly suggests any customer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method.

REPAIRS

LANCASTER team is always at your disposal to solve any repair problem under or not under the guarantee terms.

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the product for repair or assistance (kindly put a memo of the defect of your watch
If you need extra spare to change for your watch (example a new glass, a new strap, etc), please contact us to our email address written below.

Don’t forget to include your complete contact details necessary for shipping back your timepiece and your phone number

Unfortunately LANCASTER does not cover the shipping costs for repairs, therefore strongly suggests any buyer for any repair request to ship his/her watch choosing a secured shipment method.
